At FurCare, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at furcare.store@gmail.com before returning any product.

RETURNS

FurCare is an online pet-accessories retailer. Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our international fulfillment partner, CJdropshipping.

Return procedures and the applicable return address may vary depending on the product and destination. Please contact FurCare before sending any product back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions for your order.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, products should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery of the last item in your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once a refund has been initiated, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

RETURN SHIPPING

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.
